THE APARTMENT:
The flat (68m2) is located in a newly built house with a new kitchen, modern bathroom and floor heating (on the 5th floor).
All windows and the large balcony (6m2) face to a very quite and light courtyard.
The apartment is fully equiped for the needs of guests, who want to stay for half a year (towels, bed covers, fully equiped kitchen, storage room with vacuum cleaner...).

2 bedrooms - (1 with a double bed (hidden) with a single bed (90x200cm) can be used as an workspace)
