There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The flat comes with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection so you can stay in touch with family and friends, check your emails or stream your favorite shows and find that work-life balance. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, oven, microwave and more. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with electric heating.
The bedroom faces the interior courtyard and is furnished with a queen size bed and superior quality mattress. All bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property best suited for 2 tenants but can host up to 4 guests. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a bathtub, toilet and sink. You will find a small sample soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels to start off your stay, as well as bath towels for the number of guests.

Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from central Paris.
