The apartment, of about 160 sq. m., is situated on the third floor of a Palazzetto d'Epoca dating back to 1926. There is a lift. Elegant and full of light, characterised by modern and comfortable furnishings that have been personally cared for by the owners, it offers a warm and cosy ambience with precious paintings and period furniture. The wooden floors in every room are a reminder of the history of this part of the city. Although it is located in the heart of the Trastevere district, which is lively and full of traditions, characteristic bars and restaurants famous for Roman cuisine, it is particularly quiet as it is surrounded by private gardens full of greenery and overlooking the ancient papal walls.
It has a large living and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast table.
Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom: a perfect solution for a teenager or an extra guest who wishes to maintain their privacy. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower cubicle and window.
