The apartment is very nice and comfortable and consistis of a big living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms.
The lounge is warm and and welcoming complete with a sofabed, 2 armchairs and large flatscreen TV.
In the largest bedroom there are a tv and tons of closet space.
In the second bedroom there are a closet and a nice desk, perfect to work or study.
The flat comes fully furnished with wifi, washing machine, 2 smart tv and microwave.
The hardwood floors are nice and cozy and centralized heating ensures you will be warm during the winter
Neighbourhood
It's located on the first floor of a peaceful building just on the side of Tevere river. Walking on the river side it's also possible to reach the city centre. Only Steps from the characteristic food and flowers market in via Cardano, all the area around the flat is known to be rich of shops and restaurants.
It's very close to San Paolo basilica and San Paolo beautiful park, Trastevere area, Testaccio and via Ostiense that is very famous for the night life.
Testaccio area and Garbatella, that are two of the more typycal areas of Rome (you can eat roman food, good and cheap), are close.
Portaportese market, on sunday morning, it's just 1 k.m far
Marconi street, that it's very close, it's perfect to make some good shopping.
Local Transport and Parking
The flat is also very well connected by public transportation and there are two private parkings in the street.
The place is also well connected and easy to reach from Fiumicino airport.
The nearest metro is san Paolo that is 1,4 km, 15 minutes walking or 5 minuts by bus (there is a bus station close to the flat). By bus you can also easily reach the city center and it takes, more or less 30 minutes (it depends where you want to go). For example Trastevere is pretty close and it takes you 20 minutes.
You can also walk to trastevere station (10 minutes) and there take the tram number 8 that is very confortable to reach the old center (largo Argentina, piazza Navona, Pantheon, ecc).
