A fresh grocery store and other shops are right downstairs. Fully furnished and fully equipped, enjoy the king-size bed, air conditioning in every room, and highspeed internet with fast and reliable WIFI (not shared!).

From your bedroom, step out onto your private 400 sf. terrace with a HUGE semi-private pool, surrounded by nature. This is a full-size pool that is only shared with 2 other units, so you can step right out and use it whenever you like! You can also enjoy the rooftop terraces and swim across the glass bottom bridge pool that connects two rooftop infinity pools!

Comfortable, brand new king-size bed with brand new white linens. Living room and bedroom both have smart TV’s, with Netflix ready for you to watch. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove top, fridge, blender, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as all the necessities, like dishes, glasses, cutlery, cookware, hairdryer, beach towels, etc. – everything you need!

Located inside Aldea Zama, the most exclusive and safest residential area of Tulum, surrounded by nature, but close to local shops, restaurants and nightlife. The apartment itself is just steps from the main road to the beach - it’s a 3-minute drive to the beach (hotel zone), with restaurants, clubs, and trendy boutiques, or a 3-minute drive to Tulum town, where you’ll find more shopping, restaurants, and bars. In Aldea Zama, there are lots of little shops, restaurants, and coffee shops, with a green grocery right downstairs. Across the street from the entrance to Aldea Zama, just a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk is a hospital/medical center, huge grocery store, money exchange, pharmacy, bike and car rental, 7/11 and OXXO, gas station, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. – everything you need!

It is just a 15-minute drive to the best cenotes, the Mayan ruins of Tulum, Xel Ha, and many other amazing attractions. Ask about the cenote that's within walking distance!
