Offering handsome interiors, this home adds a touch of luxury to your LA stay. The biggest draw is, of course, the private rooftop terrace complete with a barbecue and dining area – ideal for evening suppers. You'll also find a shaded balcony with comfy seating for quieter moments out of the heat. If you're travelling for work, there's a study desk area in the bunk-bed room. Plus, you've got a sleek chef's kitchen for prepping homemade meals when you're not out sampling the local restaurants. Outside, you'll find Echo Park and the Silver Lake Reservoir just a short drive away. We recommend having a car here.
*Due to the location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is free private parking for two cars in the garage. Expect a hilly and uneven drive up to the reservoir.
*We recommend a maximum occupancy of two adults due to the bunk-bed set-up in the second bedroom.
*There's no lift here and the home is spread over three floors. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the roof terrace.
*There's a desk if you're looking to catch up on work during your stay.
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed. Your host asks that you please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
