Located on Tulum Beach within a private resort – everything you could possibly need is just a stone's throw away. This laid-back and contemporary villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests – perfect for a family retreat, there's lots of indoor and outdoor communal space here. We particularly love the roof terrace, overlooking the palm trees and the Caribbean Sea. You'll find plenty of little luxuries here to make your stay special – including access to a private swimming pool, sandy beach, personal chefs, on-site restaurants, a yoga studio, and more.
*Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*The lounge is missing some curtains. There's a chance you might see a neighbour or two through the window, so it doesn't feel completely private.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
