Set far enough back from Arenal beachfront to avoid the hustle and bustle, yet with the sandy shores a mere five-minute walk away, this apartment treats you to the best of both worlds. While the view from the private balcony is out onto the road and apartments opposite, you can still enjoy a peek of the sea. It’s also a nice spot for an evening glass of sangria. And if you need to cool off but don’t fancy the beach, the communal pool is just the ticket for a refreshing dip.
*You'll have access to the communal swimming pools here, shared with the building's other residents. Children will need to be supervised around the pool area at all times.
*There are two private underground parking spaces available here, accessible to the home via a lift or stairs. While a car isn't necessary, we suggest hiring one for adventures further afield.
*The balcony is overlooked by neighbouring buildings, so it doesn't feel completely private.
*Groups of young people under 25 yeard old aren't allowed, unless travelling with families or accompanied by adults.
