And with two balconies – one off the living area and one off the main bedroom – there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy them. While the open-plan kitchen is on the small side, it is well-equipped. And if you fancy dining out, just hop on a ferry for the short and scenic trip to Dartmouth, where you’ll find a choice of restaurants and pubs.
*This home has a spiral staircase so it may not be the best option for those with young children or reduced mobility.
*Though there's free garage parking here, it's only suitable for compact vehicles. Wider cars can park for free on the street outside the home. The garage also has an EV charging point.
*The TV signal here is variable.
