Inside, you'll find a cosy fireplace and a quirky cow-print bathtub. In the mood to explore? You're just a short stroll from the South West Coast Path and the nearest beach.
*The main bedroom is located on the first level and requires climbing a spiral staircase. The roll-top bathtub sits directly in the room, but the loo is cleverly hidden behind a bookshelf.
*Underfloor heating is available downstairs, while central heating is available upstairs.
*The design may not suit everyone’s tastes. In particular, the kitchen is compact and not the most stylish.
*Mobile phone coverage can be patchy in South Devon.
*We suggest having a car in this area, especially if you plan to explore further afield. There's parking available for one car.
