Just 100 metres from the sandy Casablanca Beach, you’ll find this three-storey townhouse. You can also take a stroll along the Paseo Maritimo to the old town of Marbella or indulge in Michelin-starred dining at the Puente Romano Resort. For those seeking active leisure pursuits, you can take part in kite surfing, horse riding and golf. So that’s the prime location, now the home itself. The outdoor space is great – there are two large terraces with a covered seating area, bar, sunbeds and barbeque and we love the sea glimpses from the roof terrace. There’s also a communal pool surrounded by lawns and palm trees and a tennis and paddle court. Inside, it’s light and airy and there’s plenty of room for entertaining.
*The tennis court and swimming pool are communal. The pool is available in the warmer months and opening hours are 11am to 7pm, apart from the 16th June to 31 August when the opening hours are until 9pm.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*There's free parking here.
*A car isn't essential as you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants and there is a bus stop at the end of the street.
