It has to be the rooftop terrace. Just the spot for unwinding in the sun, it’s the perfect place for alfresco dinners, relaxing in the hot tub and taking in the Charlotte skyline. Keen to explore further? You’re within walking distance of Uptown and, if you fancy taking in a game, the Bank of America Stadium.
*Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from one small closet on the first floor.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's garage parking for two cars and a Tesla charger here. No parking is allowed in front of the home or garage.
*There are external security cameras which are actively monitored here, along with a noise-level and smoke-monitoring device in the main living room.
*Noise must be kept to a minimum between 11pm - 8am.
