Situated in the heart of Skopelos Town, this multi-level home has panoramic views of Mount Palouki, the port and the island of Alonnissos from its spacious roof terrace. There’s also a balcony off the main bedroom with an orange tree and a bistro table overlooking a square. Inside this beautifully curated home, there’s a modern kitchen for cooking some Greek cuisine. But if you prefer to eat out, the meandering alleys around this house are dotted with restaurants and cafés, as well as bars, bakeries and shops.
*This home is set over four floors and has steep open-tread staircases which make it unsuitable for small children and guests with mobility issues.
*There is no television here, however, the cafes along the waterfront will screen most major sporting events.
*One of the great features of this house is its central location. This does mean, however, that it can be a bit noisy at times. With the aid of double glazing, shutters and black-out blinds you should be able to get a restful night's sleep. Very light sleepers should consider bringing earplugs.
*It is not possible to drive up to the house or park at the house. There is, however, lots of free parking in the port which is only 250 metres away.
