There are several balconies, an outdoor kitchen and a dining area with a professional-grade gas plancha grill to create some memorable cuisine. The villa itself offers more sea vistas, and it’s furnished with a mix of designer furniture and 1950s vintage finds sourced from French antique markets. Situated near the sea beyond the famous Cala Jondal, known for its iconic venues, and just a fifteen-minute drive from Ibiza Town, the location is excellent too.
*This home is set over several levels.
*The gardens are terraced and have steps.
*While the home can sleep up to ten people, the maximum occupancy is nine guests.
*The saltwater swimming pool is equipped with a child-safe security alarm.
*There's an outdoor lounge area, accommodating up to twenty guests.
*Cleaning for four hours a day from Monday to Friday is included alongside a towel and linen change twice a week, pool maintenance once a week and gardening twice a week.
