There’s also a separate cottage available – ideal for larger groups or anyone seeking a little extra privacy. This villa dates back to 1000 AD, so you can expect lots of traditional features here. And while the garden is a picturesque spot to while away your days, Florence is less than an hour away if you’re hoping for a dose of cosmopolitan culture.
*This home was built in the year 1000 AD. The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*This villa is rented as one villa and is composed of two separate flats connected by an interior door.
*There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and kitchen, though air conditioning can be requested for an additional fee.
*Your host provides one basket of firewood and a weekly change of linen and towels.

*While you'll have exclusive use of the villa and swimming pool, your host also owns the cottage with a swimming pool and jacuzzi on the property, and you may be able to book them together to accommodate larger groups – please ask for more information.
Cancellation Policy (Super Firm 60 Day):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 60 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 60 days of local check-in date and time.
