Inside, it’s bright and welcoming, with an open-plan living space, three comfortable double bedrooms, and a bunk room that’s ideal for kids. Outside, a private fenced garden sets the scene for relaxed alfresco dinners and quiet mornings in the sun. The location is spot-on too – you’re right by Kendall, known for its laid-back, family-friendly charm, and just a short drive from Miami’s beaches, nightlife, and cultural highlights.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's on-site parking for up to two vehicles.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on bunk beds in the fourth bedroom.
*Visitors are allowed between the hours of 8am and 11pm. If guests need to stay later, prior approval is required.
*The neighbourhood operates quiet hours after 10pm. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
