Experience all that Key West has to offer at this waterfront home. It oozes coastal relaxation, from the marina views and swimming pool right down to the private dock. We don't blame you if you'd rather spend all your time in the Florida sunshine, but indoors, there's plenty of space to get together – even with the sofa bed in use, it feels relatively roomy. As for location, you'll be based in a gated community less than a mile from Key West. With access to a nearby gym and the option to arrange boat trips, aquatic adventures, and other experiences, you'll never run out of things to do.
*At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living area.
*The private dock can accommodate boats up to 50’ in length. A maximum of one boat is allowed per dock. Just note that there is no power or pump-out service to the slips.
*We suggest hiring a car in this location. Parking is available on the driveway for up to four cars and one boat trailer.
*Please note that access to this home is via stairs, as it's elevated above sea level.
*You'll have complimentary access to a nearby gym.
