Looking for a Balearic home with a view? This contemporary villa overlooking Formentera and the sea wins hands down. Set just a five-minute drive from buzzy Ibiza Town, and within walking distance of Talamanca's beach bars and golden sands, you’re never far from the action. Not that you’d know it, lounging around the blissfully quiet pool framed by lush gardens and swaying hammocks back at home. A great pick for a multi-generational family stay, bedrooms with en-suites are set apart over three levels for a little extra privacy. Although good luck deciding who lucks out on that top-floor bedroom suite with a private terrace and panoramic sea vistas.
*A cot and high chair are available for little ones on request.
*Although Talamanca's beach, restaurants and bars are within walking distance, we recommend hiring a car to make the most out of your stay. There is private parking within the grounds.
*Although not all of the seven bathrooms are photographed, you can expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*This villa is set out over three floors, and has external steps leading down to the private pool, so expect to climb some stairs.
*Alongside the main kitchen on the ground floor, there’s also a kitchenette on the second floor – perfect for making morning coffees.
