This showstopper of a home is a great choice for a group getaway. Standing on a hill with panoramic views across the Marecchia Valley and the Rocca di San Leo, you’ll really feel like you’ve got away from it all here. With a private pool, two hot tubs, and a cinema, there’s plenty to keep you entertained. And the former winery offers the perfect place for a communal meal or social event. With all that on offer, there’s really no need to leave, but if you do feel like venturing out, you’re just a ten-minute drive from the beautiful, medieval village of San Leo.
*This home comprises the main house and an annex, rented as one.
*While one of the bedrooms and four of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*One of the double bedrooms has a small double bed.
*One of the bedrooms has an integrated shower, so privacy is limited.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between May and September. It isn't fenced so little ones will need to be supervised. The hot tub is available all year.
*Your host can provide a cot and a high chair that attaches to the dining table for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*This home doesn’t have a hairdryer, so you might want to bring your own.
