This contemporary villa sits within a 10-villa condominium in Sagres on the Algarve coast. Picturesque Martinhal beach is a short walk away (600 metres), and there are restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within a kilometre of this spot. Yet, it’s quiet and perfect for families as guests here have access to a shared swimming pool and kids’ pool. While away afternoons on the private patio with its outdoor dining area and barbecue. Glass sliding doors lead to the big, open living area with a full kitchen. The decor is on the spartan side, but the rooms a big and breezy and the location more than makes up for it.
*This villa is part of a 10-villa complex with a shared swimming pool.
*One of the bedrooms has twin beds and a set of bunk beds, so at capacity four people would share a room.
*There is a floating staircase in this villa, so it may not suit those with limited mobility.
