This contemporary villa has bagged a fantastic location, with everything you could want on your holiday within walking distance. Cala d’Or town centre, with its pedestrianised streets, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is in one direction and the chic marina with its fashionable quayside is in the other. You’ve also got a choice of beaches, with two sandy coves just a short stroll away. The villa itself boasts a large pool with loungers, an alfresco dining area and a balcony with marina views.
*With beaches, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the villa, there’s no need for a car here. But if you do want to explore further afield, private parking is available.
*Air conditioning is set by a timer at this villa and will be on for 12 hours a day.
*The pool is unfenced so children will need to be supervised at all times. The pool is usually open from April to October – please check dates with your host.
