Nestled in a tranquil countryside location, this charming two-story villa offers sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Just a short drive from the historic town of Pollença, this cosy retreat features traditional Spanish elements seamlessly blended with contemporary comforts. Inside you’ll find rustic exposed stonework and vaulted ceilings, while the garden comes complete with a private swimming pool, built-in barbecue and multiple terraces for alfresco dining. The old town of Pollença is just a short drive away and boasts an array of restaurants, shops and cafes, as well as a bustling market every Sunday. Port de Pollença is home to a sandy beach which makes for a family-friendly day out.
*This home is spread across two floors, with both bedrooms on the upper floor, so there are stairs to climb here. We wouldn't recommend this home for those with reduced mobility.
*There's free private parking available here – due to home's rural location, we'd recommend renting a car to get the most out of your stay.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide baby safety gates for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Use of the air conditioning is limited here. It can be used for 12 hours per day between the hours of and then 10pm-9am.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
