Perched on a hillside with breathtaking views of the Bay of Navarino and the Ionian Sea, this villa offers a comfortable base for those looking to explore the beauty of the west coast of Messinia. A private pool and lawn complete the idyllic scene outside, and a balcony accessed from two of the bedrooms offers the ideal spot to watch the sunset over the water’s edge. The decor inside isn’t half as inspiring as its setting, but we reckon you’ll be spending most of your time soaking up the views here anyway. The nearby village of Gialova offers a selection of waterside tavernas, and when you’re ready to explore further afield, Pylos is 8 kilometres away.
*There are stairs leading up to the home's front entrance and down to the pool. It may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*The pool may only be available to use between April and October. Please speak to your host about the exact opening and closing dates.
*If you're looking to catch up on work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*The balcony is accessed from the main bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms only.
*We recommend having a car here for ease of exploring. Private parking is available. The home is within easy reach of Gialova village which has a couple of waterside tavernas, a coffee shop and a minimarket.
