This cottage is adjacent to a working lighthouse which dates back to 1863. A sandy beach is situated a twenty-minute drive away, as is the charming coastal town of Salcombe. It would be hard to beat this home's stunning sea views, and with direct access to the South West Coast Path, this is a true Devon gem. You can enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset drink outdoors on the gravelled patio, while inside, an electric stove awaits for cosy cooler evenings. Bear in mind that due to the cottage’s location hikers and lighthouse visitors will be passing by, so there's not complete privacy here. And, on rare occasions, the fog alarm might sound but your host provides earplugs to counteract any potential noise.
*There's free parking for up to two cars. Note that the access road leading up to the home is narrow.
*While infants under 12 months are welcome, the home is not suitable for children under 11. The host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*This home is adjacent to a working lighthouse – earplugs are provided for the rare occasions when the fog alarm will sound. The lighthouse is open to visitors between Easter and October. Additionally, hikers regularly pass by the house due to the proximity of the coastal path.
