With Rosenthaler Platz on your doorstep, you’re close to so many art galleries, independent boutiques and eateries. Despite being a studio, the home is bright and airy – and although it’s not going to win any design prizes, it’s a great base for travellers looking to explore a vibrant part of the city.
* The design is on the simple side, functional solutions have been prioritised
* This home overlooks a busy street – it might get noisy at times
* Guests 3 and 4 would be on a sofa bed in the same room as the other guests
* This is a studio home – don’t expect tonnes of space
* There’s no air condition – it gets hot in summer
* When we visited, we noticed a few scuff marks on the walls here and there
* Tall people be aware – the shower is only 190 cm tall
