But the living room – with its large glass doors and sunny dining spot – is just as enviable when it comes to lounging and spending time together. While it’s hard to resist this home’s views, we guarantee that exploring your Eixample neighbourhood is just as fun as watching the hustle and bustle of Plaça Catalunya from above. Shop along Passeig de Gràcia (a one-minute walk), admire Gaudí’s Casa Batlló (an eight-minute walk) and take an afternoon stroll through Ciutadella Park (fifteen minutes away on foot).
