This simple, fuss-free apartment is an ideal retreat for a coastal family getaway. It may not be the biggest, but it’s well-equipped and comfortable, with the sun-drenched balcony an added bonus. For some respite from the Costa Blanca sun, the communal swimming pool is a welcome sight, framed by towering palm trees. If you prefer not to drive, a car’s not essential here. A short walk from the apartment and you’ll find a selection of shops and restaurants, or for a stroll on sandy shores, Platja de l'Arenal beach is just 800 metres away.
*There's a communal swimming pool to enjoy here. The pool isn't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Some areas of this home are slightly overlooked by neighbouring buildings. If you prefer absolute privacy, you may wish to look elsewhere.
*Your host doesn’t accept bookings from groups of young people (under 25 years) at this home.

No refund for cancellation requested within 24 hours of local check-in date and time.
