The Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower and Roland Garros stadium are all a five-minute drive away and the green expanse of Bois de Boulogne is a short stroll away. It’s a cosy spot, with an open kitchen, living and dining room. While the furnishings are a little bland, the place is livened up with splashes of art and jolly knick-knacks. A slender balcony overlooking the street below offers a spot for a breath of fresh air, but it’s only just big enough to stand on.
