And in the bedroom, the panelled, cushioned headboard has an Art Deco vibe which makes the room feel sleek and sophisticated. After a well-rested sleep and a café au lait at the breakfast bar, take an eight-minute stroll to the striking basilica of the Sacré-Cœur. At the top of Montmartre, you can see phenomenal views across the city, as well as the beautiful building itself. As you wind down the alleys and passages of this historic area, stop in at a charming traditional café or wine bar en route back home in the afternoon.
