Step out of the living room and onto your private terrace where an outdoor sofa, table and chairs invite sunset drinks and alfresco meals surrounded by the lawn’s grapefruit, avocado, tangerine and lemon trees. Outside of your home, you’ve got access to the three communal swimming pools and hot tubs, as well as the shared tennis and pickleball courts to ramp up some friendly competition while catching those California rays.
