One minute from the golden sands of the shore, this apartment is set in a tall, modern block of luxury condos – the ultimate Miami experience. You’ll have access to a residents’ gym, two heated swimming pools, multiple hot tubs, valet parking, a tiki bar, and of course an in-building beauty salon and spa. The facilities should be enough to get you excited, and we’re not even in the apartment yet. Step into the open-plan living space with glossy white tiles, glass tables, and a white L-shaped sofa. It’s modern and minimalist, which lets the main attraction to the talking – panoramic ocean views. Open the glass doors to your huge private terrace to hear the sounds of crashing waves as you sip champagne. In the evenings, you won’t be able to tear yourself away from the outdoor sofa, looking out to the horizon of the Atlantic as the sun goes down. And if you prefer lush green lawns to sapphire waters, your nearest golf course is just a six-minute drive from home.
*Private, valet parking is available for $30 daily or $150 weekly (or there's public parking one block north for $1/hour or $10/day)
*There is ongoing decoration work in communal hallways and the upper pool deck – this is usually on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm, and occasionally on Saturdays
*At full capacity, one guest will be sleeping on a rollaway bed in the lounge
*Guests may enjoy complimentary use of the gym, concierge, bellhop, two heated pools, hot tubs, pool towels, lounges, and parasols
*The laundry is communal – a coin-operated washer/dryer can be found on each floor
