It has a bohemian atmosphere thanks to the many artists who have lived in this neighbourhood over the years, from Dalí and Monet to Picasso and Van Gogh. Have a stroll and soak up the atmosphere or visit Sacré Coeur (five minutes on foot). A ten-minute saunter will take you to the Moulin Rouge, while the Musée de la Vie Romantique, situated in the house of the painter Ary Scheffer, is a twelve-minute wander. After all that exploring, head back to this cosy home, housed in a period building. Watch a movie in the home cinema or put some records on the vinyl player and kickback, before cooking some dinner (there's a handy rice cooker in the kitchen).
