From alfresco barbecues on the vast garden terrace, sundowners on the mezzanine balcony, and relaxing in the hot tub, to large sit-down dinners indoors overlooking the downs, this house is well suited for entertaining. And there’s heaps of space to spill out in the generously sized bedrooms – spread out over two floors and united by a tasteful mix of contemporary and rustic interiors. Lofty high ceilings, polished concrete flooring (the underfloor heating keeps things toasty), and sleek architectural glazing make quite the first impression. While a bespoke shaker kitchen with all the mod-cons (think Everhot range cooker and wine cooler) and beautifully curated objet’s de art bring character and soul.
