Principality Stadium is just a twelve-minute car ride away, and you can be at Motorpoint Arena in eight minutes – if you’re in town for an event, the location of this home couldn’t be better.
The house is comfortable and convenient with a local shop under a minute from the front door, and creature comforts galore. The in-ceiling audio is a particular favourite – you can listen to your music throughout the home.
Visit one of the many nearby cafes or bakeries for breakfast, before heading into the city centre for a spot of shopping. Cardiff Bay is only ten minutes away and is jam-packed with restaurants, bars and shops, as well as offering activities like boat trips that explore Cardiff’s coastline.
Beautiful Cardiff Castle is also within easy reach of this lovely property and is a wonderful place to spend a few hours. Pack a picnic to enjoy in the grounds and make a day of it.
