Perched up high on the fourth floor and boasting a private rooftop terrace, this chic urban oasis provides the perfect escape.
Before you can even step through the door, this home's elegant facade and majestic marble entryway will sweep you off your feet. The interior is just as impressive. Exquisitely renovated, it's brimming with contemporary comforts while maintaining timeless original features, including high ceilings and large windows, ushering in floods of sunlight. We especially love the chic open-plan living space, where floor-to-ceiling French doors reveal four street-facing balconies – a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Though, let's not forget the real showstopper – the rooftop terrace. Catch some rays here between adventures and, in the evenings, enjoy a glass of wine on the plush sofas as the sun sinks below the terracotta-tiled rooftops.
