Aside from this simple but effective colour scheme, there's a minimalist approach to furnishings and finishes – which will either be refreshing or a little unadventurous depending on your personal tastes. We're leaning towards the former camp, especially in the large kitchen complete with the sort of pristine surfaces that you almost don't want to sully by cooking.
One of the home's biggest selling points, however, has to be the excellent location. From here, the golden sands of Gordon Beach take about seven minutes to reach on foot, while Dizengoff Street is three minutes' walk around the corner and offers a good choice of restaurants, plus cultural institutions such as the Bauhaus Center and the Beit Lessin Theatre.
