Next, whip up a regional dinner of local seafood that you picked up from La Place de la Poissonnerie and share conversations around the stunning glass dining table. You’ll fall blissfully asleep in the elegant bedrooms – the waves just beyond your window.
Location-wise, you're a few minutes’ walk from the shoreline, where you can spend days along the promenade sampling the local oysters. We also recommend a visit to the centre of the city to soak up the local culture – we suggest the Romanesque and Gothic-style Saint-Malo Cathedral and the 18th-century privateer’s museum, La Demeure de Corsaire.
