Entertainment and relaxation go hand-in-hand in this sunny Mallorcan villa. Kept secluded with a secure gate, yet just a five-minute walk from the restaurants, bars, and beach of Puerto de Pollenca, this charming villa is a gem.
We love the traditional touches of this home – even from first impressions of the exterior, the shutters, red-tiled roof, and terracotta floors add a homeliness that isn’t apparent in all luxury villas. Step inside and you’ll see that the homely feeling isn’t unfounded – vaulted wooden ceilings and plush sofas make for a cosy living space, perfect for those relaxed evenings in. Each bedroom is beautifully open and airy, with a view of the verdant surroundings and garden below.
The interior is lovely, but we imagine you’ll be spending most of your time making the most of the outdoor space. There’s plenty of room for the little ones to run around and explore, while the grown-ups remain horizontal and happy on the sun loungers. Catch up on your holiday read, occasionally taking a dip in the pool, before challenging your group to a game of table tennis. Or, maybe you’d prefer a game of pool back inside.
When talk turns to dinner, take the five-minute walk to the supermarket and pick up local produce for a Mediterranean barbecued feast. You’ll love tucking in alfresco while the sky starts to dim into shades of purple, encouraging the solar-powered lights to add a lovely ambience. If cooking isn't on the cards, there are endless dining options within easy reach.
*While the home can sleep up to ten people, the maximum occupancy is two guests. If needed, the sofa bed in the games room can be used to accommodate one guest.
*For those with reduced mobility, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a WC on the ground floor.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*Off-street parking is available if you plan to drive during your stay. The beach and port are within walking distance, but we suggest hiring a car if you're keen to explore further afield.
*This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (Up to 18 years old).
