Taken in and of itself, we'd be quite impressed by this ground-floor apartment in Estepona. The huge windows and glass doors let in ample amounts of Andalusian sunshine, an asset that's only accentuated by the bright colour palette that rarely veers away from whites and neutrals. We've only got kind words for the minimalist kitchen, as well as the similarly chic bedrooms and bathrooms that also cut out unnecessary accoutrements. To top it all off, there's a private garden in which to catch some rays during summer afternoons.
However, what really sets this home apart from others is the incredible communal amenities available throughout the rest of the resort. Across ten acres of landscaped grounds, you'll find everything from a lagoon with its own sandy beach and a pair of restaurants to a sauna, hot tubs and a well-equipped gym.
Although you could just as easily keep yourself entertained without ever having to leave the site, it would be a crying shame given the wealth of attractions to be discovered in the surrounding Costa del Sol. Estepona's town centre and beach are only 4km away, while there's a huge number of golf courses easily reached by car.
