Where do we start with this villa just outside Agios Pavlos? There's so much to love. Firstly it's under 250 metres from the beach – that caught our eye straight away. And then there are those immaculate views over the shimmering sea that are enough to make anyone swoon with holiday envy. The vistas over the water are absolutely stunning from sunrise to sunset, best enjoyed over long alfresco meze lunches before cooling off in the private pool or simply relaxing on the daybeds as you work on your tan.
You'll be pleased to know, too, that this home was built in harmony with the natural environment and follows the principles of bioclimatic design, so it almost has zero energy consumption. Inside, the decor is stylish and sleek with its concrete finishes and intricately carved wood panels. The hewn stone sink in the main bedroom's en-suite is a real feature too.
With direct access to the beach, you can go for a swim in the sea, or it's 3 kilometres to the nearest taverna, café, bar and mini-market (all open from April to October).
