In the heart of the Itria Valley, this contemporary villa sits between the UNESCO-protected town of Ostuni and the charming hilltop village of Cisternino. Within the hectare of surrounding land, you’ve got sprawling olive groves and a seasonal swimming pool that shimmers in the near-constant Puglian sun. A covered gazebo provides shade for long, lazy lunches all while enjoying those far-reaching valley views. Even stepping inside, you can’t escape the rays with a solarium-style sitting room and bedrooms that lead straight to the wrap-around or to the pool.
*This home is spread over two levels, with a floating staircase that may not be suitable for small children or guests with limited mobility – however, there is a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here
