This modern abode is situated on Menorca, a small Balearic island in the Mediterranean Sea. It’s a single-storey home with ramp access, so we think this is a great option for those with limited mobility. With its open-plan U-shaped design and sliding glass doors onto the terrace and pool, it was made to enjoy the sunny Spanish weather. The furnishings might be a bit basic, but they work just the treat, as you’ll spend most of your time exploring the local area or swimming in the private pool. You’re just 30 metres from the ocean and a few minutes’ drive from the sandy beach of Punta Prima, with seaside shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
*While the third bathroom isn’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home
*This is a single-storey home, so it’s suitable for those with reduced mobility
*There are fourteen steps leading up to the front door here, plus 110cm-wide ramp access
*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there’s parking for up to two cars in the driveway
*The rooftop can be accessed via an outdoor staircase
*Your host can provide a complimentary cot and high chair – this must be requested at the time of booking, and you’ll need to bring your own cot linen
*Due to the San Joan Festival, the host will only accept family bookings from the 22nd-24th of June
