Views out to the sea make this villa memorable – seen from the poolside and upper outdoor patios that open out from three of the bedrooms. Located in the lush countryside on sloping hills, it may be easier to get around by car here. Though a fifteen-minute walk from Avithos will take you to Svoronata and its quaint restaurants and bars, while you’ll reach the picturesque village of Leivathos within a fifteen-minute drive.
*There's free off-road parking here – due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay
*This home is spread over two floors – for those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here
*While all the bathrooms are not photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home
