This spacious villa is located within a residential beach area in the coastal town of Javea, Costa Blanca. Spread across one floor, it's a great option for larger groups of friends or family who want a self-catered stay that's close to the sea. It's not the most luxurious home – the decor is quite basic – but it's clean and bright with a fully-equipped kitchen. We love the large outdoor area which can be easily accessed from the open-plan living room. The private swimming pool is a good size and there are BBQ facilities for guests to use too. You'll find plenty of local amenities and attractions nearby but if you want to explore further afield then we suggest a car for ease.
