This luxurious and spacious one-bedroom second floor apartment is all air-conditioned /heated featuring modern décor throughout. The apartment is accessible via elevator from the secure underground parking & main condominium private areas.
Open plan living & dining room with an garden/pool facing balcony that has large floor to ceiling patio doors leading onto the balcony. The lounge has a sofa (converts to a sofa bed), a flat screen TV, DVD, and WIFI. The dining area leads into a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and a fridge/freezer.
The bedroom has a large double bed with fitted wardrobes and a a flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and basin.
Please note that the 3th guest can be accommodated on the sofa (child)
You do not really need a car as the apartment is so well positioned but there is a free private parking space in the underground garage which has direct access to the lift to the apartment.
This super apartment has everything to offer from luxury surroundings, stunning views, and a prime location in the center of Vilamoura in a quiet zone but close to restaurants and bars!

If you cancel your booking within 14 days of making it, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after this time, but before you have paid your final balance, which is due 30 days prior to arrival, you will lose your deposit. The balance plus the security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt of your written cancellation. If you cancel after you have made your final payment but less than 14 days before the start of your rental period, you will be charged for your rental in full. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt of your written cancellation.
