This is a really beautiful little apartment, available to rent on a pretty side street in the beloved district of Malasaña. The apartment is in a historic building, and used to be a taberna / cafe called Casa Angel, since the 1800s. Full of original features, (and with some decorations from the taberna still visible) the apartment's cosy 45 m² are put to great use, modernised where they need to be, but with careful consideration given to keeping the aesthetic. The kitchen is small, but includes an electric stove and small fridge, and there is a modern bathroom with a shower cubicle. On a relatively calm (for Malasaña) side street, this is also a fantastic location. Malasaña has a lot to offer, from secret little restaurants, to super trendy bars, and is filled with little boutique stores. Bustling, hectic, and fun, it is one of the most enjoyable places to live in Madrid, and has a wonderfully eclectic variety of residents.
