There isn’t an elevator to this 4-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer del Mont, but it’s located on the 1st floor and the walk upstairs is easy. Opening the door, you enter into the relaxed atmosphere of an open dining and living area with a 6-seat table, large sofa and TV. There is one bedroom off of this room and it gets direct sunlight like this space, which has a cute little balcony to sit out on and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Down the hall, you’ll find another bedroom and then the renovated kitchen, which comes fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. L'Hospitalet de Llobregat is a densely populated area with a small Catalonian population, but a large Spanish one, so by the time you settle in, you’ll probably know a bit in both languages. The area is well-connected to public transportation, but there are plenty of things you can walk to by foot. Torrassa Park is 10 minutes away, the Mercat de la Florida shopping mall is an 8-minute walk and there is a pharmacy, butcher shop, fish store, post office and grocery store within a 250-meter radius.
