The photos are not yet very explicit because I have just received it but it will be furnished (equipped kitchen just installed, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, coffee machine, induction hob, ...). There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub so as not to step on each other in the morning. And a balcony on the first floor of the duplex. The apartment is located in a neighborhood that is under construction. It is a 2-minute walk from ESEO, a 10-minute walk from the medical school. For shops, there is an express U 5-minute walk and Carrefour Saint Serge 15-minute walk. By bus or car, it is much faster. For accessibility, the apartment is located a 2-minute walk from tram line A and very close to the highway exit. There is also a covered and closed parking space in the basement of the residence. Who I am: a former Angers student, I am rather calm. I like sports and traveling. As long as you are pleasant to live with and know how to show respect, we should get along. Being on the move a lot, we won't see each other all the time. For utilities, this includes everything in a package (I think around €80): electricity, internet, water, heating.
