Se alojará en una zona privilegiada, cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, zonas comerciales y muchas conexiones de transporte al centro de la ciudad. Compruébalo! Esta gran casa consta de 14 habitaciones, una cocina que cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para que pueda preparar todo tipo de deliciosas comidas y golosinas, y una amplia sala de estar. Dos de las habitaciones tienen baño privado y las otras tres tienen baño privado. The landlord is extremely kind and always offered to help with anything I might need. The location is great for some beautiful scenery in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I had a wonderful stay!

The house itself is super modern and it is situated in a great location. Convenience stores and the railway/bus stations are not too far away. The landlord is a super friendly person who helps you with whatever problem may arise. He always tries his best to make sure that everyone is comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice, spacious place where you can study and relax at ease. However, there was no living room available as it had been transformed to a new room, but i didn’t really mind.

The room itself is amazing. It's extremely spacious, the view is beautiful and it is very comfortable to live in. There was also a large desk allowing to comfortably work and we received another one shortly after arriving (we were sharing the room as a couple). The house is built at a high and modern standard. The location is quite convenient - the Cerdanyola train station is a mere 10-15 min away and there are several supermarkets within walking distance. The area is relatively quiet and calm. However, there are several manners in which the listing was not accurate. Firstly, the living room area visible in some of the photos had been adapted into another bedroom and thus was not available to use. Secondly, at the time of my booking, it also advertised to have a washing machine yet upon arrival we were informed that one cannot access it freely and it is only the landlord that can do your laundry for you (at 10eur per load!). We used a laundromat instead, located about 10 min by foot, which was cheaper although still quite pricey. This was a cost that we did not account for when choosing this rental and it was disappointing to find about it so late. The kitchen was relatively spacious, however with the large number of people living in the house, there was very limited storage area both in the pantry and the fridge. The cleanliness of the latter left plenty to wish for. The freezer was out of order when we arrived and remained so three months later when leaving. Finally, it took over 6 weeks to recover the deposit despite the fact that upon departure we were told that it would be sent within a week. The landlord failed to answer our messages or emails inquiring about whether it would be sent, which was extremely disappointing and low. Overall, I expected more.
