Joaquim is kind, understanding and welcoming. It has been a real pleasure staying in this apartment and I look forward to coming back sometime in the future. The neighborhood is calm, while providing plenty of access to transportation, grocery shopping, restaurants and gyms.

The apartment is clean and furnished. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The landlord is highly welcoming, friendly and polite. Besides taking care of the house maintenance, he handled all the issues promptly with courtesy. Strongly suggested.

Nice and clean apartment in great location! Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one smaller and one bigger), a balcony and a living room where you can sit and relax. Good value for money ;)

Everything is close to this house be it supermarkets, metro, etc. the area where the house located is good. And also the landlord is very nice and willing to help with everything. Nice house to live in Barcelona for a given budget

The location of the house is near to the metro and bus station..other than that it is closed to the supermarket and other shops..

Location is very good. Metro Station "Alfons X" - Yelllow Line is around the corner. Good value for money. Apartment is just like on the pictures shown.

Perfect accommodation and location! A little problem was just one shower in the flat even if there are 2 bathroom there. I got what there is written in the site :)

Apartment is in perfect location, you have everything close (stores, bus, metro, nature), it is not that loud and i think it is a safe area. The apartmant was really good, clean, you have enough space for all of your things, roomemates are nice and the landlord was very kind, and i did not have any problems! I recomend this apartment to everyone, it is worth it :D

Joaquim is a very nice person and you can talk to him. In fact, we had a small problem on my arrival but we quickly found a solution to it. He also listens to your concerns and asks for advice. Regarding the apartment, it's a very cosy place and it has a confortable kitchen. Maybe the fridge is not too big but still you have a lot of space to cook and a complete set of silverware and pots. The balcony is also a beautiful spot, where you can eat or maybe have a drink during a warm summer night. My favorite part was definitely the proximity to The Bunkers. It takes you no more than 20mins to walk there. I was lucky that I got to share the place with great people. Everyone was respectful and they always kept a quite atmosphere. Last, you have 2 Mercadonas and 2 Bicing terminals close by. I recommend this place.

The Landlord is really nice and helpful but he cannot speak English so the communication was a bit hard for me. The common areas are a bit small and dark so it feels uncomfortable to use but they are always clean. The kitchen is well equipped but the fridge was too small for everyone. The Balcony is really nice if you want to enjoy the fresh air. The internet is really strong most part of the apartment. The rooms are okay, they are a bit small and quiet most of the time but 3 of the 5 rooms have no natural light which can be bother after a while. The neighborhood is quite and safe, it has plenty of shops but for any entertainment you need to use the public transport for example the metro(L4) which is pretty close to the flat and some night buses stops near too.

What I liked most about the apartment is the location so close to the metro (alfonsX station) and easy to get around. Nearby there are supermarkets and shops and the bus connections are also great. The apartment is large with good bathrooms, good kitchen and all services. I spent a very good 3 months in it.

I really recommend this flat for anyone who wants to have a quiet and comfortable place to live. It is in a good neighborhood with only 3 mins walking to metro station and having a bus stop exactly in front of the door. The flat is clean, beautiful and comfortable. It has a regular cleaning service and it is equipped with whatever you need in a flat. More important than all these, is the landlord who is a very kind and helpful gentleman. He is very flexible and has a good behavior and is helpful in whatever you need and he is accessible anytime you need him.

Si se hace una comparación calidad/precio/locación sin lugar a duda puedo recomendar estas habitaciones y departamento. Lo que está en la descripción es lo qué hay, no más, no menos y es lo que importa, obtienes lo que pagas.

The apartment is big but the stuff is very old. For exemple the oven is very bad if you want use that you must make the double of time for cooking. The pan and others thing is very worn and old... The apartement is also so noisy, he has big road just near and it is so noisy, you can't stay on the balcony during the day because that... In conclusion I think you can find better in Barcelona and the landlord is not nice...

La habitación es muy cómoda y confortable. Cubre todas las necesidades para sentirse como en casa. El Wifi es rápido, calefacción y aire acondicionado. La ubicación es muy buena porque esta muy céntrica y bien comunicada sobre todo para las universidades. Hay mucho transporte público y la zona es tranquila.

I was the first person to use this room so room was clean and all things were new. Everthing that i need was equipped so i didn't have to buy anything else. Common area was big so it was comfortable to use. However cleaning system was not clear different from the site's lists and sometimes wifi was unconnected.

Everything you need in flat, i think it is the best you can ask for that price ! I would go back there. The only thing that i did't like was that the clean wasn't included when we get there as was supposed to be.
